TA-65, telomeres, epitalone and longevity

Frederic asks whether TA-65 is the same as cycloastragenol.

The Wonders say no: TA-65 is a proprietary astragalus root derivative, and few astragalus concentrates on the market are as strong (two exist but are not easily available).

Epitalone also enhances telomeres and is valid but works less effectively and takes longer.

TA-65 extends telomeres so the body and organs last longer, which can extend life, but no single product extends life on its own; a variety of mental and physical interactions do.

They stress that the mind's concept of finiteness and endings must be dealt with, noting many people from their mid-60s to mid-70s focus on death and rush toward it while trying to avoid it, and that the key is to live rather than to live to die.
