Playing with energy, stubborn inner parts, and colds as distraction

Frederic asks whether he is still playing with energy in his seemingly random interactions with computers.

The Wonders confirm it, saying he perceives a certain illusion around computers, loves playing with and manifesting it, and most of all loves doing nothing and enjoying it, which gives him a sense of awareness, power and beingness - and that translating this into other areas of his life will make everything easy.

He observes that including more has reduced conflict, but that some parts of him remain very stubborn, which he can at least appreciate for now.

The Wonders ask what underlying psychology those stubborn parts are afraid of exploring; he identifies pride, a fear of disappearing and a sense of not being good enough, which they call a good place to start.

Frederic notes that after exploring on the non-physical level in recent days he ended up with a cold, as usual.

The Wonders say this is the mind's way of reminding him he is physical, and that he should not be afraid of going beyond - the mind is, and it will create all kinds of visualizations and manifestations reflecting that fear, but he should go for it anyway and not be distracted, since his cold is not really a cold but a distraction.

When he says he also needs rest, they point out that lying down with his eyes closed would let him explore further.
