A book written for a future self

Frederic asks whether he ever wrote a book in a past life intended for a future self.

After clarifying the question, the Wonders answer that no book was written in the past for his present self, but that the manual directed to a future self is not yet complete.

Asked if he would like to complete it, they suggest he start writing, and advise him not to worry about what has already been written but to focus on what message he wants to present to his future ultimate self.

Frederic notes that although everything is accepted in the subconscious, it is easier for people to become more conscious, which they affirm.
