Nine months of quiet, and everything arriving at once ▶ Play excerpt00:50

Frederic notes that he did what he wanted for nine months and quieted his mind, and that now everything seems to be happening at the same time.

The Wonders call this good: by not chasing, he allowed the universe to bring things to him.

They tell him this is not the only opportunity - things will be happening left, right and centre for the next six months to a year, giving him many choices - and that he should not be afraid of it but keep going with it.

TA-65, supplements, telomeres and the psychology of aging ▶ Play excerpt06:19

Frederic asks why TA-65 (cycloastragenol) products are disappearing from the European market.

The Wonders attribute it to trade difficulties between Europe and the United States, with products acceptable in the US becoming unacceptable in Europe because of stricter labeling and supplement requirements, so he may struggle to obtain what he usually buys.

They say TA-65 is excellent and does help lengthen telomeres, but suggest other approaches: organic natural foods rather than supplements, coupled with a de-stressing methodology such as meditation, which will yield more benefit.

Europe, they note, is at the forefront of health movements while the United States is focused on monetization.

Asked about the impact of ten years of TA-65 on his body, they say it was limited - it helped maintain telomere length somewhat but is no magic bullet - and that most of his rejuvenation has come from being around a child, whose life force reactivates his awareness that he too is a child in a bigger body and reawakens his own life energy.

They point out he only ever asked which products extend life, never which psychologies and belief structures he could alter to do so.

Humanity holds a belief that aging is inevitable - which it is - but also that it is rapidly inevitable, and it is the rapid part that can be changed.

Psychologies and belief structures can be shifted fairly easily to extend life, vitality and energy, but this requires a willingness to choose differently and to examine why fear defines one's existence, why one stops oneself from choosing, why one resists and holds negativity - all of which shorten lifespan far faster than diet.

Reacting to the mind's judgments, and the limitless self that created the mind ▶ Play excerpt05:25

Frederic describes stressful periods that feel almost like a split personality: he sees them happening without identifying with them as he used to, though he still reacts.

The Wonders confirm his earlier work did succeed - he reduced but did not eliminate the reaction, and still responds to his mind's judgments.

The mind will judge; that is its function.

The task is to manage it, telling it to go ahead and judge in the background while refusing to live from those judgments.

They then present the teaching from recently completed study groups: the defining statement 'I am limitless' extends to the mind.

A limitless entity chose to create a mind in order to incarnate into a body, and that mind is itself limitless - but its function was survival, so it created an ego and turned its limitless expression to judgment, and judgment is by nature negative.

Since birth the mind has judged negatively to ensure the survival of body and ego personality.

Once one accepts being a limitless essence that created a limitless mind which chose judgment for survivability, one can relate to the mind differently and see that its judgments do not express its own limitlessness: 'I am limitless; my choices reflect my limitlessness'.

The more the mind makes one's choices, the more one lives from a judgmental, limited perspective - which everyone does, and which is not wrong, but everyone is nonetheless limitless.

Frederic has been judging drastically and has begun to judge less; he is invited to give himself permission to judge even less.

He observes that in practice he moves first and the mind follows; the Wonders agree - he must be the one to choose, and once he reinforces that the mind is a tool he himself created, it responds to his direction far more easily.

Advice for Frederic: dreaming a life without fear, aging, and being different from others ▶ Play excerpt10:35

Applying the same question to Frederic, the Wonders note he admires the unicorn in his daughter and the determination and drive in his wife, but judges himself for being different: he wants to play, yet treats life as a responsibility in which he must create something.

They tell him to ask what his life would mean if he simply were not afraid, and to follow the breadcrumbs - he will notice many fears he did not know he had because they are a normal part of everyday life.

Better still, he should fantasize and dream about a life lived without fear, and all three of them should do so, because there is far more the three of them could do in this lifetime.

He is encouraged to talk together as a family for emotional support, checking in with each other and accepting that fear is still present.

Returning to the psychology of aging, they say he need not look for specifics: following the direction of dreaming a life without fear will bring him up against his own psychologies of aging, all of which are based on fear, and he can then ask what would happen if he removed this or that psychology and lived differently.

If he lets himself take the general direction in and live it, he will change the aging factor in his body without even realizing it - not living thousands of years, but perhaps a hundred plus in a strong, capable body, without fear of dying.

They caution him not to get caught up exploring the fear of dying itself but to start with dreaming about a life without fear, with no 'have to' or goal attached, because opportunities and choices that could not appear while he lived in fear will begin to show up, and he will then face a choice about how he wants to live.

Frederic mentions choosing his work by the people rather than the job, which they endorse.

Rene interjects advice to bring an IT person along in any new work - technical ability, not AI - and the Wonders repeat that he should dream of an existence without fear and then build his AI model.

Frederic remarks that he has less fear and more freedom while everyone around him goes the other way; the Wonders compare it to driving down a road thinking you are like everyone else, then noticing every other car is going the opposite direction, and say it is only through observing outside ourselves that we find what we are.

Very few people think as he does, and he now allows himself to appreciate himself more than ever, which is a gift; most people are too afraid even to dream of a life without fear, because a life without fear is so frightening that they prefer to keep some fear in order to feel comfortable.

Finally, the Wonders mention recordings they have completed on this subject that Maggie can point him to, and close by telling him, since his mind is empty, to stay empty - the trouble begins when one tries to fill it.
