Frederic asks how the product CA-98 (cycloastragenol) compares to TA-65.
The Wonders say both are valid but CA-98 is about 18% less effective, which matters if the goal is longevity.
Asked whether his current 8 mg of TA-65 is enough, they answer it depends on the objective: to gain a few years, stay at the current dose; to extend lifespan by another 60 to 100 years, double it.
When Frederic says his own psychologies would prevent a hundred extra years, they reply that the product itself is sufficient to extend the physical body - cells keep replicating and telomeres do not die off so quickly - and that although the mind does interfere, his psychologies of interference are shifting substantially and he is beginning to see the possibility as real, with probability being a matter of choice.

Frederic asks whether perceptions of the world will change, noting the current mood feels like a winter season with little optimism, and whether society is at the bottom.
The Wonders say society expands and contracts, that certain enclaves are very optimistic and those are the ones that will live, while those who always complain will not survive.
They agree the planet is currently experiencing more pessimism than optimism, but stress that it is not optimism or pessimism that shortens lifespan - it is the psychology of the inability to live long, and that psychology is changing.
Humanity is already extending lifespan through better health, food, nourishment and exercise, with 120 years becoming attainable without great effort, and many people now framing life as a second life beginning at 60.
In his case it would be a third life, living to 140 or beyond, and taking such products increases both the probability and the shift in psychology.

Asked whether the UK leaving the EU is good for it in the mid to long term, the Wonders describe the UK as always independent, never fully joined or participating, taking advantage of the best the EU offered - the 'teenage child' of the Union now choosing to leave its rules in order to forge its own domestic and international policies, to its credit.
It will not harm the UK.
Regarding the EU, they call it a fragile organization, noting Europe has never cooperated easily and that bureaucrats imposed rules on all members without regard for each one's values and benefits.
They give a good probability that the EU survives its own fragility, as the United States survived its own, but say the UK's departure has raised the idea that other members may go their separate ways if cooperation is not favorable, while a strong intent remains to maintain a financial union.

Frederic notes they have spoken for about ten years and asks for their perspective on his movement, since the progress does not seem like much to him.
The Wonders say they see a realization on his part of his willingness to expand and grow, after a long period of resisting and of regarding stubbornness as one of his best attributes.
He is increasingly recognizing that growth comes through exploration.
They say he has created a good life, is growing well, that things are expanding around him and a great joy is coming toward him, and that the best development is his letting go of a good portion of his stubbornness to resist merely for the sake of resisting, which has served him well.
They invite him to ask this question first at the next session so more can be said.
After the session the facilitator describes seeing a succession of images of Frederic at different times, back as far as Genghis Khan, in each of which there was a subtle, continuous difference showing constant change and growth.
